This notice covers Voqulo’s public marketing website, guides, and self-guided practice tool. The private coaching app has separate privacy information and consent steps.
Your practice notes.
The free website exercise holds your answers and checklist selections in the current page’s memory. It does not send them to Digital Project LLC or an AI service, save them in website storage, or request your microphone or camera. Reloading or closing the page clears the exercise. Your browser, device settings, and extensions may have their own behavior.
Website delivery.
Vercel hosts this website and serves its pages. Cloudflare provides DNS routing for voqulo.com. Requests to the site include technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time; the hosting and DNS providers may process that request data to deliver and secure the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about their processing.
Cookies and analytics.
We have not added advertising pixels, marketing cookies, session replay, or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Infrastructure services may process security-related information. We will update this notice when the site’s data practices change.
Campaign links.
Our social links may include campaign codes such as a platform name or post identifier. The website preserves a limited set of these codes in links between its practice and signup pages. It does not save them in browser storage or send them to an analytics service. Like other requested URLs, they may appear in infrastructure request logs. Do not put personal information in URL parameters.
Practice emails and early access.
The signup form on this website sends your email address to our own server at voqulo.com/subscribe/. Digital Project LLC and our email delivery provider, Resend, then process your email address, any optional practice goal you choose, and the record of your consent and confirmation in order to send the practice emails and early-access news you asked for. Your subscription is held in a Voqulo-only contact list, separate from every other Digital Project brand.
You are not subscribed until you confirm. We email you a confirmation link that expires after two days, and the subscription only starts when you press the confirm button on that page — opening the email or the page is not enough. Until you confirm, your address is held in a suppressed state and receives no marketing.
If you choose a practice goal, and if you arrived from one of our own social posts, the platform name and campaign code are sent with your signup so we can tell which posts bring people who stay. We never put your email address or any practice answer in a link, and we do not send website practice answers to Resend.
Open and click tracking are switched off. Our emails contain no tracking pixels and no images. Our server records the time of a signup, the outcome, and your IP address briefly in order to rate-limit abuse; it does not write your email address into its logs. See Resend’s privacy policy.
Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header, so a single press stops the emails. You can also contact hello@voqulo.com and we will remove you by hand. We do not put an unsubscribed address back on the list unless you sign up and confirm again.
We keep an active subscription while we are sending the updates you asked for, and keep a limited suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we can honour that choice. We review inactive subscribers after 12 months. The starter series is three emails in your first week, then at most one practice or launch email a week.
If you email us.
Contact and early-access links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the email. Digital Project LLC receives the address and information you choose to include through our email provider, Google Workspace, and uses it to respond to your request. If you explicitly request a launch update, we may retain your request so we can provide that update. You can withdraw that request by emailing us. Emailing us does not enroll you in the mailing list; use its separate signup and confirmation process.
Please avoid sending private recordings, medical details, passwords, or information about other people. We keep correspondence as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Subscription retention, when the list is active, is described above.
Your requests and contact.
To ask about information you have sent us, request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw a launch-update request, contact hello@voqulo.com. We may need to verify a request and retain information where required by applicable obligations. Available rights depend on where you live.
Scope and age.
